That is the probability that the first four throws are strikes plus the probability the first throw is not a strike and the next four are plus the probability that the first, third, and fourth throws are strikes plus the probability that the first, second and fourth throws are strikes. And each of those is just multiplying the probabilities of a strike or not a strike.
