Word problem - kind of different.

I am rusty on my math, I need a little help on this one. Thank you for any and all help, especially someone who can break this down step by step. Some of it should come back to me after. So, for the question:

A shipping crew of 25 workers each pick 320 lugs per hour to ship out. The supply crew has 15 workers who each pick 125 lugs per hour to supply to the shipping crew. How many workers from the shipping crew need to be moved to the supply crew to have an even balance of lugs being supplied to shipping, and lugs being shipped out?

I apologize if this question is not presented to you in the best way. But thank you very much again for any help.
