Urgent: solve simpple equation using logs

Hi,

I have to find pi in terms of Ni and N for the following equation:

$pi^{Ni} * (1-pi)^{N-Ni} = Ni/N$

So I'm taking logs of it all.. But help! Once I'm into the equation and get something like this:

$Ni * log (pi) + N log (1 - pi) - Ni log (1 - pi) = log (Ni) - log (N)$

Now how do I get rid of the logs and express pi alone?

Please help!

I would solve it but I does not understand anything in your log problem.
